I have lived in Italy for now over 25 years, but only since moving to the Castelli Romani I truly feel at home. I love the small towns, the nature, the vineyards and want to share this feeling and passion with you.

Art & Wine Aperitivo in Palazzo Jacobini
Guests are welcomed into our private 18th-century Palazzo Jacobini for an exclusive art, wine, and food experience.
The visit begins with a guided tour through the palazzo’s main rooms, highlighting the family’s noble history and an eclectic art collection featuring ancient Roman artifacts, Renaissance works, sculpture, period furnishings, and contemporary Italian paintings, including pieces related to wine and the local region.
After the tour, guests enjoy an aperitivo in the Pius IX Room, featuring a tasting of two Jacobini IGP Lazio organic white wines accompanied by local artisan cheese Genzano di Roma bread or pizza, and water.
Visits to our underground tunnels and historic wine storage caves also available upon request.

Wine & Mystery
Descend with us into our ancient hand-dug caves, a candlelit labyrinth where our ancestors once stored their renowned wines. As we move through tunnels and hidden chambers, you’ll hear stories and secrets of this evocative place and the winemaking traditions we still honor today.
The experience concludes with a tasting of two Jacobini IGP Lazio white wines.

Group Tours & Educational Visits
For university faculty or officials looking for academic field trips, I encoporate lessons in marketing, wine export, operations management and tourism into our tours. If you are a tour operator, travel agent, or have a group request, I also provide discounted winery tour packages.
I am hands on throughout the entire winemaking process at our farm and collaborate with top wineries. From the vineyard to marketing and exporting wine, I follow the entire winemaking and sales process.
